Regression therapy

Regression therapy is a specific approach to transforming your life that helps improve your emotional, spiritual and cognitive health by resolving past events from earlier life or past lives. Some areas that may be helped through regression therapy are as follow:


  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Anger or other strong negative emotions 
  • Depression
  • Unexplained fears/phobias
  • Mood swings
  • Nightmares or night terrors
  • Unexplained physical pain or emotions
  • Negative repetitive thought patterns

Regression therapy is based on the concept that energy from traumatic events in our past gets buried in our psyche and needs to be recognized and released. The act of revisiting the trauma can be healing in itself, but to fully resolve and be free of those thoughts and emotions, we must go through the transformation and healing process. The transformative work immediately follows the regression and is part of the session, bringing a sense of peace and well being. 

A regression appointment will last approximately 3 hours and includes a consultation before we begin to determine the intention of the session. You will then enter a light hypnotic trance state and be an active participant in the session. You will be aware of everything that occurs and will remember it afterwards. Depending on the intention for the session, you may visit a past life or a past time (often buried or forgotten) in your current life or both. 

 An intake form will be sent prior to the interview, to be filled out and returned before the appointment.
